Quit Smoking Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy

To help you stop smoking faster, let me tell you a secret about the way your mind works.

Have you ever had trouble falling asleep? Did you find that the more you wanted to fall asleep, the more awake you were?

Chances are if you hadn’t tried so hard to sleep, you would have fallen asleep sooner.

The secret I wanted to tell you is this:

The harder you try, the harder it gets.

So how does this apply to quitting smoking, you ask?

Simply this:

The harder and quicker you force yourself to quit, the more likely you’ll continue smoking.

What I did when I was quitting smoking, was I’d set a schedule. Say I was smoking 40 smokes a day. I would try to smoke 38 a day for a week, then decrease to 36 a day for the second week, and so on. However, if at any time I went over my quota at the time, say 36 a day, I wouldn’t kick myself and declare myself a failure. Instead, I’d “punish” myself by staying at 36 a day for 7 days more before decreasing to 34 a day.

This way, I was able to gradually smoke less and less until I was ready to go from 2 cigarettes a day, to 1 a day, to fully quitting.

I still had to use nicotine replacement products initially to keep my cravings at bay, but I decreased the amount of those in the same way as well. I was also using psychological helpers such as hypnosis and NLP to help combat the urge. Speaking of hypnosis, you’ll want to check out the hypnotherapy program I used and found useful:

Quit Smoking Hypnosis Program

If you’re not happy with the program for any reason, you can get a full refund within 60 days, no questions asked.
