How I Quit Smoking – Secrets Revealed

The approach I use can be summarized into three words:

Psychological

Physical

Gradual

To describe my approach a bit better, these are the things that I did to quit smoking:

1) In my everyday life, I first identified and then avoided situations that encouraged me to smoke.

2) I used various ways to “convince” my subconscious thinking that smoking is bad, and not something that’s enjoyable.

3) I used various ways to reinforce my conscious thinking that quitting smoking was an urgent task and an all-important one.

4) I used various ways to suppress nicotine withdrawal symptoms.

5) Most importantly, I gradually decreased the amount I smoked, instead of going “cold turkey” (tried that the first couple times – didn’t work).

IMPORTANT: I designed the above method only because I was a heavy smoker who seriously lacked will power. If I hadn’t used all those methods at the same time, I would not have been able to quit.

YOU, on the other hand, may not have to go through all the methods I’ve had to in order to quit!

That’s why I’ll start by introducing you to methods that are easiest, most effective and most efficient. Many people have used these methods to quit smoking in a matter of MINUTES, without ever craving a cigarette again. Many smokers have mind blocks that need to be removed. When these blocks are removed, the results are immediate and permanent – they stop desiring cigarettes!

More on that to come…
